Are your wired to make more money (or not)?
“Are you in business?” Well, if you’re a business owner or entrepreneur, you obviously are. What if you are an employee of a business organization or even a non-profit organization… are you in business?
YES! Anybody who exchanges his/her time, knowledge, skills, capabilities, assets or resources for money is in business. Think about it. Money is simply a unit (a piece of paper in most cases) that denotes value. If you gave 10 hours of your time to somebody for $100 per hour, you will get $1000 of money,… which represents the value you provided – 10 hours of your time. Sometimes, what you may get in return may not be monetary (money), but maybe goods or services of equivalent value (barter), or goodwill (the happiness that comes from supporting a cause you care about). So, EVERYBODY is in business. And, this assessment will give you a strong indication of whether you are ‘wired’ to make a whole lot money than you current do(or not) – as a business person, entrepreneur, employee or executive in a business, an investor or even a philanthropist (if you simply give away money without getting the outcomes you seek, you are a ‘sucker’). Think about it…
This is a highly effective assessment based on hundreds of people who have taken this. It is based on my personal business debacle a few years ago. I took the reasons I had ‘failed’ in business and sought to find out if the same reasons applied to others… the results from hundreds of assessment-takers confirmed it. They included over a hundred multimillionaires.
This assessment has a Cronbach-Alpha (a measure of the correlation between the questions and the central objective of the assessment) of 81%, a high number for an assessment. What it means is that, the results of this assessment have an 81% certainty of being correct. This assessment measures correlation. It is not a predictive assessment. People who have the issues – positive and negative – in this assessment have an 81% correlation to business success/failure. This also means that there is still a 19% likelihood of the correlation being incorrect. Use the results as guidance, not as a judgment!
P.S. Consider this assessment as a conversation with yourself. Be TRUTHFUL with yourself! The results, interpretations and guidance you receive are based on your responses. If you claim to be 7 feet tall, the guidance will be for a person who is 7 feet tall…
